- Travel voucher entitles you to purchase any travel products based on the stipulated value
- Extension of validity for travel is not permitted after the expiry date
- Travel voucher is not replaceable and not exchangeable for cash. No claims will be entertained for any loss of voucher
- Travel voucher is only valid with the authorized signatory of the company
- Travel voucher must be used in full value. The company will not refund any unused balance
- In addition, the general tour/ticketing conditions will apply
